Hi all,
I am Paramjeet Singh and I am looking for some entry level career advise. Let me tell you all a bit about myself. I am a 2014 B.Sc. (Honours) Actuarial Science and Mathematics graduate from the University of Manchester, UK. Because of my good grades at University, I am exempted from CT1-CT7 (a total of 7) exams by the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries, UK. I am only 20 years of age right now, so I potentially would be a very strong candidate for any firm in the business. I am well versed in Excel, R and MATLAB because we had several projects and course-works in the University involving these tools. I am an Indian National and am currently in India after completing my degree. I am looking to get a good entry level job in the field at a good company to start my career. I have no preference in location but I could secure a job in USA, Canada, UK, Australia or India, it would be awesome.
I am hoping that you guys can give me some valuable advice on how to proceed further. Any help is welcome.
