I have yet to work in this industry, so I'm curious. For those of you whose companies offer first-time-pass bonuses - what if you've taken an exam (and failed) before your employment with the company, but took it again once you've begun employment and passed? Do you receive the bonus since it is your first time taking the exam with your company or do they look at your transcripts to see which exam(s) you have taken?
