Anybody had any experience with this? My wife is really interested in buying a house and not spending money on rent. We will be in the area for the foreseeable future, but I am nervous about the house being a distraction that will hinder my exam process (things breaking and needing to be fixed, projects, etc.) Thoughts or advice from the AO?
