Emails to notify PM not happing

For the past couple weeks, I have not been getting emails to notify me about private messages. I checked and I do have this option turned on in my settings. I also checked my email filters and as far as I can tell it should be letting these emails through.



Is anyone else having this problem? Or is it just me?
