Has anyone had to recently develop credibility levels assigned to large groups' experience (1 yr / 3 yr) based on group size for major medical? I'm interested in any studies that show best practices in developing these factors. I reviewed the ASOP, AO, and a few tid bits I could find on Google but nothing that clearly shows a gold standard (and maybe there isn't one). If there isn't one, any considerations and what practices you use, would be helpful!
I'm reviewing these factors developed by someone else as update to 20-year old factors! They're changing significantly (50% or more) so will obviously impact the business aspect of rating. I want to first make sure the math is rock solid.
