How do you guys feel about leaving for new job during busy time like quarter end, year end, planning .. Etc? From all the places I have worked for, I have seen most people giving their notice 2 week before quarter end ...
Now it's the bonus payout time, and I am expecting to see more movement right after that money is deposited, while it is still busiest time for many people in reporting/valuation area. I would like to get your takes on this topic, especially if it's not because of any bad blood between your boss and you, but because it's a great opportunity for future career plan - However, by leaving at this particular time you could screw your coworkers really bad, what would you do?
