Let's say I am discontinuing 3 plans, A, B, and C, and i am creating a new plan D. Can I map A, B, and C to plan D, and call all three migrations processes uniform modifications? Plan A, B, C and D share similar cost structures pricing, and the modification meet the network, product cost structure, service area, and pricing requirement.
