There were at least three applicants for the same spot. He acted like he liked me, but I'm sure he is that way to all of us to see us at our best.
In the begining he stated several times that I may interrupt him at any time if I have any questions. At the end, he informed me that I have competition, and asked if I have any questions. I could think of only two, one of which got a long response, and my other was not good.
He said he would let me know within three hours whether I got the job. I got the rejection email two hours later.
I also maintained eye contact for only half the time I was talking.
